At Keylectro Sdn. Bhd., we strive to ensure that your orders are delivered quickly, safely, and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the shipment of products purchased from our store.
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- In rare cases of high order volume or stock delays, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified if delays occur.
2. Shipping Coverage
- Domestic Shipping (Malaysia): We deliver to all states within Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak.
- International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping. (If you plan to expand later, this clause can be updated.)
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
We partner with trusted courier and logistics providers (such as PosLaju, J&T Express, GDex, or equivalent) to ensure secure delivery.
- Peninsular Malaysia: Estimated delivery within 2–5 business days after dispatch.
- East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): Estimated delivery within 5–8 business days after dispatch.
- Delivery times may vary depending on the courier, delivery location, and unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, festive seasons, or logistical delays).
4. Shipping Rates
- Flat Rate Shipping: A standard flat rate will apply depending on delivery location and product weight/size.
- Free Shipping: From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions (terms and conditions will apply).
- Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
- You can use the tracking number provided to check your order status directly on the courier’s website.
6. Delivery Attempts and Responsibility
- Please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct and complete. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Couriers will usually make at least two delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful, the parcel may be returned to us. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
- Once an order has been marked as “Delivered” by the courier, we are not liable for lost or stolen parcels.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
- If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product(s).
- We will investigate the issue and arrange for a replacement, refund, or other suitable resolution.
8. Pre-Orders or Backorders
For pre-ordered or out-of-stock items, estimated shipping dates will be provided on the product page. Orders containing such items may be shipped together once all products are available, unless otherwise arranged.
