At Keylectro, we value your trust and aim to deliver only the highest quality door locks, knobs, handles, and related hardware. Every product is carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipment. However, if you encounter any issues with your purchase, we are here to help.
This policy explains the terms under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return under the following conditions:
- The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
- The item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition, including original packaging, manuals, and accessories.
- The return request is made within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
We do not accept returns if:
- The item has been used, installed, or tampered with.
- The damage is due to improper installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
- The product was purchased during clearance, promotion, or marked as non-returnable.

- Please provide your order number, product details, and reason for return (with photos if applicable).
- Return Authorization
- Our customer service team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number if approved.
- Unauthorized returns without an RA number may be rejected.
- Shipping Back the Item
- Customers are responsible for shipping the item back unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective, or damaged on arrival).
- Ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
3. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
- Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method (e.g., credit/debit card, online banking, or e-wallet).
- If only part of the order is returned, shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
- If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we can replace the returned product with the same model (if stock is available).
- If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos.
- Keylectro will cover the return shipping costs in such cases and provide a replacement or full refund.
6. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality assurance, the following items cannot be returned:
- Customized or specially ordered door hardware.
- Products installed, modified, or altered after delivery.
- Clearance or final-sale items.
